Bratton & Sons Painting is the public-facing brand of Bratton & Sons LLC. This starter policy describes the website as it is currently configured and should receive legal review before relying on it as legal advice.

Information you choose to send

When you request an estimate, we receive the name, email address, phone number if provided, project area, requested service, and project details you submit. We use this information to respond to the request and operate the website. Estimate submissions are delivered server-side to the business inbox through Resend; they are not sent to website analytics or marketing tools.

Optional measurement and marketing

Necessary browser storage remembers your privacy choice. Optional analytics uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure website performance and use. Optional marketing enables the existing Google website tag. These optional tools do not load until you opt in, and you can change your selection with the Privacy choices button in the footer. We configure website events without form contents or query-string values.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests needed to serve the site. Estimate email delivery uses Resend. If you opt in, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may measure website use, and the Google website tag may operate as described above. Provider practices are governed by their own notices.

Requests and questions

Use the public contact form to ask about privacy or your submitted information. Do not include sensitive information that is unrelated to your request. Retention periods, legal bases, and jurisdiction-specific rights require business and legal review before additional claims are made.
